What is Stronger Training?

Stronger Training is going after a greater level of strength no matter where you stand or what goals you set as well as to have the momentum to continue this year-round.  A greater level of strength is having the strength to:

• improve a little more

• go beyond comfort levels

• give a little more effort

• be willing to sacrifice things

• do something new

• be uncomfortable at times

• trust the process

• go after what you want

• be proactive, ask questions, ask for help

• keep your body & mind as healthy as possible for as long as you can!
