Pushups are hard, but once you get the hang of it, you will love them.  In my demo video below, I show you some simple and basic pushup progressions to get you feeling the tension and stability that is required for a pushup.  I demonstrate 2 repetitions of each progression.

  1.  Upper Body Elevated
  2.  Pushup Position Plank
  3.  Dynamic Pushup Position Plank
  4.  Negative Pushup
  5.  Complete Pushup
