Do You Want To Love Strength Training?  My Personal Reasons & What You Can Get Out Of It Too

I love strength training and weight training.  It is my go-to, pick-me-up dose of strength, health and happiness.  I want to share some of my ways with you to help you understand what you can get out of this terrific form of health and fitness.  I love it, and I do it because:

… I love to train with my husband.

…My husband loves to train with me.

…It’s a fantastic way to begin the day.

…It feels natural to put heavy weights in my hands or just use my body weight.

…I feel strong, powerful, resilient, and anti-fragile.

…I see progress and setbacks.

…It is a challenge.

…My body shape changes.

…I see muscles.

…I can do other challenging activities.

…I can test my strength and perform well in challenges.

…I can train inside or outside.

…It is not complicated.

…I can use 1 piece of equipment to get benefits.

…I can teach others what I have experienced and learned over the years.

…I want to set an example for others.

…I want to inspire at least 1 person to adopt this lifestyle.

…I want to maintain my strength and muscle for years to come.

…I can.

…I will.

…I just love it and can’t do without it!
